Interactive Classic Orchestra & Rap’em high (Disco Fever)

“Interactive Classic Orchestra” and “Rap’em high” were an integral part of the “Piazza virtuale” from the first day onwards. In these shows, the incoming touch-tone signals from the phones of the callers were used to make music interactively. In order to do so the tones of the dialing keys were forwarded by computers to synthesizers that imitated instruments. “Rap’em high” was initially launched under the title “Disco Fever”, but was renamed after only one week of broadcasting.
