The Piazzetta in Poitiers was organized by lecturers and students from the local art school, the École régionale des beaux-arts de Poitiers. The main responsible persons on site were the media artists Jean-Louis le Tacon and Sylvie Marchand. The program was themed “Painting the countries of the callers”: An artist interactively painted a caller’s country of origin on a canvas in front of the videophone according to his color preferences.
